KATELYN LEHMAN, FOUNDER OF QUANTUM CLINIC A NEW MODEL OF EVIDENCE-BASED STRESS RELEIF AS PREVENTATIVE CARE |
Dr. Lehman is a psychologist, educator, and activist, who has worked in community mental health and private practice in Los Angeles county since 2009. Her clinical experience ranges from business executives, immigrants seeking asylum, and persons exiting the incarceration system, to those with serious mental illness, addictions, and victims of trauma and medical malpractice.
Those experiences led her to understand the complex and intersectional challenges we face as a society and the importance of developing inclusive spaces for people to rest and reset their baseline for distress tolerance.
Quantum Clinic is a new, evidence-based immersive therapy experience that combines floatation and sound healing to facilitate a deeply relaxing and restorative experience. At Quantum Clinic you learn to achieve coherence, the opposite of stress, which shifts your brainwave patterns into deeper states of relaxation and surrender. Dr Lehman views this as preventative medicine.
STEPHANIE WANG, FOUNDER OF KA! EMPATHOGENICS
A DAILY SUPPLEMENT THAT INCREASES FEELINGS OF EMPATHY & CONNECTION
Stephanie Wang is the Host of the How Things Connect podcast and Founder of KA! Empathogenics, a first-of-its-kind kanna microdose supplement. Stephanie is on a mission to help the world reconnect to the self, nature and others. In doing so, she is navigating the many challenges of responsibly sourcing this little-known but powerful plant from the Khosian people in Southern Africa & Namibia in a way that gives back to the people and the planet.
Kanna was originally used by the Khosian people of Southern Africa to sustain their energy and mood on multi-day hunts. It has recently been rediscovered as “the next revolution in mental health”. KA! Empathogenics is on a mission to bring kanna back into our culture, both indigenous culture and to ours, as a natural way to “restore full spectrum aliveness”. KA! is a natural daily supplement that helps calm the nervous system, increase serotonin and connect the head and the heart. |
