Music As Medicine is a series of immersive meditation experiences, featuring Jon Hopkins, East Forest, Superposition and others with visuals from visuals from Lil Nas X and Flying Lotus collaborator Strangeloop. Presented by Numinus, the Canadian mental health care company who promotes evidence-based psychedelic-assisted therapies, Music as Medicine explores the role music plays in psychedelic-assisted therapy and mental health.
MAM kicks off on May 21 at Lighthouse Immersive Artspace in Los Angeles, and will consist of four hours of live music, visuals and 3D sound by these artists forging the path of modern meditative psychedelia.
With the series, audiences will have an opportunity to have a deeply personal experience with the mission of Numinus and realize their approach to mental health and psychedelic therapy.
