Star Wars: The Art of the Mandalorian: Review

-

The Art of Star Wars: The Mandalorian (Season One) by Phil Szostak (Lucasfilm’s Creative Art Manager) is a great behind the scenes companion to the stellar Disney+ series. It features concept art, sketches and many designs that document the creation of the show as well as behind the scenes details from the first season.

While this book is an inciteful read into the series, it seems like it could have included more concept art and insight but on the same coin, why give away all of the magic? You might recognize some of the concept art as it appeared at the end of the episodes of The Mandalorian but more alluring art resides in the book.   The Art of Star Wars: The Mandalorian is a great coffee table book that’s a must for anyone who considers themselves a fan.
